MORSES LINE VERMONT SENATE RESOLUTION
In January 2011, the Vermont Senate adopted a joint resolution urging the United States Department of Homeland Security not to close the international port of entry at Morses Line in the Town of Franklin. The resolution was also adopted by concurrence by the Vermont House of Representatives. A copy of the entire resolution can be viewed by clicking on the link directly below. The joint senate resolution was offered by Senators Brock and Kittell of Franklin District and Senators Illuzzi and Starr of Essex-Orleans District.
